Project Managers responsible for the overall management of the team of developers for installing and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics NAV software for a new or existing client. Minimum three years experience working with Dynamics NAV software is required.

Responsibilities

  • Client Implementation
  • Study the Client Contract requirements
  • Determine the Scope and resources required to successfully implement the Client Contract
  • Arrange meetings with key Client personnel to coordinate the implementation
  • Coordinate with Microsoft Dynamics NAV Support Manager relative to the overall implementation effort and resources to be assigned
  • Ensure the Client is provided a Work Assignment Plan and gain a written approval
  • Respond expeditiously to Client questions/concerns; coordinate with Western departments as needed to resolve Client Issues
  • Determine if and when Client personnel Training needs to be scheduled; coordinate with Western resources to arrange the training
  • Determine if the Client has any new requirements and submit these to the Navision Support Manager
  • Ensure all documentation is properly filed at Western on all Client activities
  • Track Assigned Developers
  • Assign specific tasks to assigned developers
  • Provide to each developer a copy of the Work Assignment Plan and ensure complete understanding of the implementation process
  • Evaluate developer activities to ensure the quality of the implementation process
  • Schedule implementation meetings with developers as needed

Qualifications
The person filling this position should have the following minimum qualifications:

  • College Degree preferably in computer sciences
  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar software products
  • US citizen or permanent residency status
