Hannibal Industries, Inc. is a diversified, value-added metal fabricator, located in the Los Angeles area, with two primary divisions offering carbon steel tubing and pallet racking systems. Hannibal Industries, who utilizes completely separate and disparate manufacturing systems (Acero and E-STELPlan), lacked integration between these solutions. In addition, they had to deal with an extensive amount of duplicated data entry; significant number of manual processes to manage production scheduling, inventory, and project management; and had a lack of visibility for sales to customer production schedules and/or ATP.
