Dynamics 365 Business Central – Presales Solution Architect

Job Description 

The Dynamics 365 Business Central Presales Solution Architect will be responsible for working with prospects and customers to identify their requirements, demonstrate the systems and participate throughout the evaluation process. 

 

Responsibilities   

• Create and present demonstrations of Business Central and related apps 

• Learn Western Computer apps and be able to position and demonstrate their applicability and usage 

• Run discovery sessions with prospects and customers to understand their requirements 

• Participate in the estimation process to derive project budgets 

• Map customer requirements to proposed solution 

• Review gaps in functionality and propose solutions to address them 

• Identify ISV solutions to complement Business Central 

• Provide demo and blog content for marketing efforts 

• Learn complementary Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, PowerApps, PowerAutomate, etc.) and provide overview demonstrations of these products 

 

Candidates should possess the following qualifications: 

• Background in financial accounting, supply chain or information technology 

• Hands-on experience with Business Central or NAV implementations 

• Proven track record with NAV or Business Central presales 

• Excellent demonstration and presentation skills 

• Dynamics Business Central certifications preferred  

• Excellent written and verbal communication 

• Experience preferred with complementary Dynamics 365 products such as Sales or Field Service 

• Ability to travel throughout North America up to 25% of the time (on hold at this time)
