"The most helpful aspect about Western is the friendliness of the staff and being able to help even during frustrating circumstances. Oftentimes, I can see where another organization has very stressful situations, whereby Western staff fixed the problem, but there was a sense of calmness within the situation as well. Only making the resolution much easier.
The upsides of using Western are having a great team that knows all aspects of the operational system, so if the customer needs to jump quickly to another area, Western is quick to help in that aspect as well. For example, a financial call might be caused by an unknown inventory control in which Western can quickly add a staff member with that expertise should the issue be really complex."
