Growth by acquisition had created a disparate IT environment at Gibsons, with multiple platforms, redundant applications, and spiraling support and maintenance costs. To address these challenges, the company engaged Western Computer to upgrade their existing Dynamics AX 4.0 system to Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
