Microsoft Dynamics never stops expanding, so ongoing education and training to stay abreast of new functionality and usability improvements is an important part of the Microsoft Dynamics community. Annual User Group Meetings

In addition, there are annual user group meetings: D365/AX User Group (AXUG), NAV User Group (NAVUG) and CRM User Group (CRMUG). Run by an independent organization, these multi-day events offer simultaneous tracks filled with topics presented by actual users or invited Microsoft employees. User groups also offer several webinars and podcasts every month covering a variety of subjects.
